General Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Panini Translate AI service—including our mobile application, website (https://paninitranslate.ai), subdomains, or any communication channels such as email—you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service (“Agreement”). These terms govern your access to and use of the Services provided by Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

You must read and agree to this Agreement before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Panini Translate AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunity—arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Service results in damage to any device or data, you assume full responsibility and any associated costs.

We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of our Services and are not responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur during use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including pricing or resource access policies, at any time without prior notice.

We notify users of updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy via email and reflect the latest versions on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these documents periodically to stay informed of your rights and responsibilities.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Panini Translate AI mobile application and access our website (collectively, the “Service”) solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with this Agreement.

You acknowledge that these Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Panini AI Solutions Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

This license does not permit you to:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service or its content;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software in the Service;

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose;

  • Transfer, lease, sublicense, or assign your rights under this Agreement to any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service—without notice—if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms or applicable laws.

Eligibility to use the Service is subject to the age requirements detailed in our Children’s Privacy section of Privacy Policy.

Definitions and key terms

For the purposes of this Terms of Service (“Agreement”), the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Additional terms defined in our Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference and apply to this Agreement as well.

  • Account: refers to the registered profile you create to access and use the Panini Translate AI Service.

  • Content: means any text, video, audio, image, file, or other material uploaded, submitted, or generated by you through the Service, including user-generated input and AI-produced outputs (e.g., dubbed voice tracks).

  • Panini Translate AI: (also referred to as “Panini AI Solutions Inc.,” “Panini AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) refers to the legal entity providing the Service.

  • Service: refers to the Panini Translate AI mobile application, website (https://paninitranslate.ai), subdomains, and any features, tools, or communications offered through them.

  • Subscription: refers to any paid or free plan that allows access to specific features or usage limits of the Service over a defined period.

  • Trial Period: refers to a limited-time, no-cost access window offered to eligible users to explore certain features of the Service before committing to a paid plan.

  • Third-Party Services: refers to services, websites, platforms, or technologies that are not owned or operated by Panini AI Solutions Inc. but may be integrated with, accessed through, or interact with the Service (e.g., Google Play, YouTube, cloud hosting providers).

  • User or You: refers to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, whether as a registered or unregistered party.

  • User Content: refers to any original content uploaded or submitted by you to the Service, including videos, audio, text, or other media.

  • Voice Output: refers to any AI-generated audio produced by the Service as part of the translation or dubbing process.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make it available to any third party without our prior written consent;

  • Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;

  • Access or use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;

  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that enforce limitations on use;

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright, trademark, or other legal notices) of Panini Translate AI, its affiliates, licensors, or partners;

  • Use automated systems or software (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the Service without express authorization;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, user accounts, or connected systems or networks.

Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without notice, and may subject you to legal liability.

Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing any paid plan, subscription, or service through Panini Translate AI (whether via our mobile application, website, or third-party marketplaces), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • All purchases made through the Panini Translate AI app are processed via third-party platforms, such as Google Play, and are subject to that platform’s respective billing and refund policies.

  • As a result, refund requests must be submitted through the platform from which the purchase was made (e.g., Google Play’s refund system).

  • We do not process refunds directly unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by our support team.

If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us at support@paninitranslate.ai. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and assist in resolving any issues in accordance with our support and refund practices.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Are made after a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase;

  • Relate to services already consumed or used (e.g., minutes or credits already applied); or

  • Appear to be part of an abuse of our system, promotions, or refund policies.

Your use of any purchased feature constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

User Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, ideas, and suggestions to help improve Panini Translate AI. If you choose to submit comments, feature ideas, or other suggestions related to the Service (collectively, “Suggestions”), you acknowledge that:

  • Your Suggestions are provided voluntarily and without expectation of compensation or proprietary interest, unless otherwise specified;

  • We may use, adapt, publish, or incorporate your Suggestions into our products or services without obligation to you, unless otherwise specified;

  • This does not affect your rights in any original content you submit to us (e.g., video uploads), which remain subject to our Privacy Policy.

While we value community feedback, we reserve the right to accept, reject, or act on Suggestions at our sole discretion.

Your Consent

By using the Panini Translate AI Service—whether through our mobile app, website, or related features—you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.

If you choose to register an account or make a purchase, your continued use of the Service will serve as your consent to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we respectfully ask that you discontinue use of the Service.

Links to Other Websites

The Panini Translate AI Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Panini AI Solutions Inc.

We do not assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, opinions, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. We do not monitor or review such websites and provide these links solely for your convenience.

When you access a third-party website through our Service, you do so at your own risk, and those websites will have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before interacting with or submitting any personal information to such sites.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

For information on how we use cookies and other tracking technologies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Service

You acknowledge and agree that Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently;

  • Restrict or disable access to your account for maintenance, legal compliance, suspected abuse, or other operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If your account is deactivated or terminated by us, you may lose access to your account, user content, or other data associated with it. We are not obligated to maintain or return such data unless required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our operations, applicable laws, or service offerings. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Applicable as of” date at the top of this page;

  • Notify users of material updates via reasonable means (such as email, in-app messages, or website banners), if required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Modifications to Our app

Panini Translate reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Updates to the App

From time to time, Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may release updates, patches, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, or other modifications to improve the functionality or performance of the mobile app (collectively, “Updates”).

These Updates may add, change, or remove certain features or functionalities. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are under no obligation to provide any specific Updates or continue supporting any particular feature or version of the app;

  • All Updates will be considered an integral part of the app and, by extension, subject to this Terms of Service.

You may be required to install Updates to continue accessing or using certain parts of the Service. Failure to install Updates may result in limited functionality or security vulnerabilities.

Third-Party Services

The Panini Translate AI Service may include, integrate with, or provide access to third-party content, tools, applications, or services (“Third-Party Services”). Examples may include login providers (e.g., Google, Facebook), analytics tools, embedded video players, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure.

You acknowledge that Panini AI Solutions Inc. does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for these Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, functionality, legality, or compliance with privacy or intellectual property laws.

Any use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Service, even if accessed through our app or website.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Service and deleting the Panini Translate AI app from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason—including, but not limited to, your actual or suspected violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or misuse of the Service.

This Agreement will terminate automatically and immediately if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will be revoked, and you must stop all use of the Service and remove any copies of the app from your devices.

Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or remedies that have accrued to either party up to the date of termination, including any outstanding obligations or potential claims.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that any content available through the Panini Translate AI Service infringes upon your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written notification in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material;

  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as appropriate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), along with our officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensors, from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;

  • Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation;

  • Your infringement or violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

No Warranties

We strive to maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performing experience. However, you understand and agree that the Panini Translate AI Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and may not always function without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

  • Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade;

  • That the Service will meet your expectations or perform without error at all times.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will always be available, secure, or free of bugs or interruptions;

  • Content or results provided by the Service will be accurate, complete, or fit for your intended use;

  • The Service or any associated infrastructure will be free of viruses or harmful components.

You use the Service at your own risk. Where required by law (such as in the EU, UK, or India), we will honor any mandatory warranties and consumer protections that cannot be excluded.

If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to stop using it and, if applicable, request account deletion or contact support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our affiliates, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;

  • Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

  • Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including service interruptions, errors, third-party integrations, or content accuracy.

If you have paid for access to the Service and are dissatisfied for any reason, your exclusive remedy is limited to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription or credits—provided that:

  • The unused portion is verifiable and has not been consumed, activated, or expired at the time of your claim; and

  • The claim is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date.

Refunds will not be issued for services already used or accessed, and we reserve the right to assess usage data in good faith to determine refund eligibility. Claims submitted beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

If you use the Service for free, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and request account deletion, if applicable.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.), and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or if any remedy fails in its essential purpose.

Jurisdictional Exceptions: Some regions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or updates provided through the Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Panini AI Solutions Inc. regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

Limitation on Legal Claims:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim accrues. Otherwise, it is permanently barred.

Waiver

Except as expressly provided herein, the failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor limit that party’s ability to enforce such right at a later time.

No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom the waiver is asserted.

A delay or failure in exercising any right or remedy shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or any other right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude further exercise of that or any other right.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any purchase terms or other documents, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

Amendments to this Agreement

We may update or revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, features, policies, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through reasonable means—such as by posting an updated version on our website, showing an in-app notice, or sending an email.

While we aim to give advance notice wherever possible, in some cases updates may take effect with short notice (including less than 24 hours). The effective date of the revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document.

By continuing to access or use the Panini Translate AI app or related services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and request account deletion.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Service.

It supersedes and replaces all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings—whether oral or written—between you and us relating to the same subject matter.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you access or purchase certain features, services, or products offered by Panini Translate AI. Any such additional terms will be provided at the time of access or purchase and will form part of your agreement with us.

Updates to Our Terms

From time to time, we may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our Service, features, policies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will notify you through appropriate channels—such as an in-app message, banner, or email—depending on the nature of the update.

Unless otherwise required by law, updates will take effect as soon as they are published or communicated. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

Intellectual Property

The Panini Translate AI app and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all software, code, algorithms, text, designs, images, audio, video, layout, and user interface elements—are the exclusive property of Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the United States, India, and other jurisdictions worldwide.

Except as expressly authorized in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service—whether for commercial purposes or otherwise—without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Panini Translate AI and its licensors.

Any unauthorized use of the Service’s content, design, or functionality may violate copyright, trademark, patent, or other laws and is strictly prohibited.

User Submissions

a. Responsibility and Visibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, transmit, modify, create, or otherwise make available through the Panini Translate AI Service (including our mobile app or website), including but not limited to video files, audio outputs, voice recordings, translations, or metadata (“User Submissions”).

User Submissions may not always be withdrawn, and you acknowledge that they may be publicly viewable or identifiable depending on how you use the Service. Panini Translate AI does not guarantee confidentiality for any User Submission.

b. Rights and Permissions
You represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use, and to authorize us to use, all intellectual property in and related to your User Submissions. This includes:

  • Copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity and privacy rights, and licenses;

  • Written consent or release from each identifiable individual featured in your User Submission;

  • Confirmation that no sexually explicit or unlawful content is included.

c. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or submit any material that:

  • Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, harmful, or offensive in our sole judgment;

  • Violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;

  • Promotes violence, abuse, cruelty, or illegal conduct;

  • Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity or affiliations;

  • Includes unsolicited advertising, spam, or other unauthorized solicitations.

d. Ownership and License to Us
You retain all ownership rights in your User Submissions. Panini AI Solutions Inc. does not claim ownership of your content.

However, by uploading or submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, reproduce, adapt, store, display, translate, and distribute your User Submissions for the sole purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Service.

This license includes the right to:

  • Display your content to you or others via the app;

  • Store your content for customer support or data integrity;

  • Use content (including anonymized excerpts) to promote Panini Translate AI or demonstrate platform functionality.

We will not sell your content to third parties without your explicit permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights (e.g., rights of attribution or integrity) you may have in connection with your User Submissions.

If you prefer not to have your content used in promotional materials, please contact us at support@paninitranslate.ai.

e. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to upload, use, and share the User Submissions on the Service;

  • The content does not violate any third-party rights or contractual restrictions;

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms in relation to your content.

f. Right to Moderate or Remove
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to screen, refuse, remove, or restrict access to any User Submissions for any reason—or no reason at all—at our sole discretion and without notice.

g. Indemnification for User Submissions
Without limiting other indemnity obligations in this Agreement, you agree to defend and indemnify Panini Translate AI and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your User Submissions;

  • Any breach of these Terms;

  • Any claim that your content infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates another’s rights or any applicable law.

Agreement to Arbitrate

In the event of a dispute between you and Panini AI Solutions Inc. (“Panini Translate AI,” “Panini AI,” “Panini Translate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration, as outlined below, rather than in court—except for certain exceptions described here.

This section applies to any legal dispute between you and us arising from or related to your use of the Service, including any contractual, statutory, or tort claims (“Dispute”), except:

  • Disputes relating to the enforcement or validity of intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, or patent); or

  • Claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief.

Binding Arbitration Instead of Court

By accepting these Terms, you and we waive any right to a trial by jury, and agree that any Dispute not resolved by informal means will be settled exclusively through final and binding arbitration, conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another reputable provider mutually agreed upon.

The arbitration will be:

  • Conducted in English

  • Held in Delaware, USA, or another mutually agreed location

  • Decided by a single, neutral arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding

  • Limited to the parties in dispute — class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing

Interim Relief

Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction if necessary to protect its rights or property while arbitration is pending.

Costs

Unless the arbitrator determines otherwise or applicable law provides, each party will bear its own legal, accounting, and arbitration costs. The arbitrator may award reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party where authorized by law or applicable rules.

Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

Include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

If you do not opt out within this time, this arbitration clause will apply to you.

Local Enforcement

If this clause is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction due to consumer protection or privacy laws, we may pursue resolution in your local courts to the extent permitted.

Class Action Waiver

To help resolve issues efficiently and fairly, you and Panini Translate AI agree that any claims or disputes will be handled individually. This means that you and we both waive the right to participate in or bring a class, collective, or representative action—unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

This applies to all Disputes covered by the arbitration clause above, and ensures that each issue is resolved based on its own facts and circumstances.

If a court or arbitration panel finds that this waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim (due to local law or otherwise), that claim may proceed separately, while the rest of the Dispute will continue under these Terms.

Notice of Dispute

Before initiating formal proceedings (such as arbitration), you and Panini Translate AI agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute informally.

If either party wishes to raise a dispute, they must first send a Notice of Dispute to the other. This written notice should include:

  • The full name and contact information of the person or entity giving the notice

  • A brief description of the issue or concern

  • The specific relief or outcome being requested

If we are sending a Notice of Dispute to you, we will send it to the email address associated with your account. If we have your mailing address on file, we may also send a copy by post.

Once a Notice of Dispute is sent, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally within sixty (60) days. If the matter is not resolved within this timeframe, either party may proceed with arbitration as described in the Agreement to Arbitrate section.

User Suggestions and Public Submissions

Any ideas, proposals, creative suggestions, concepts, artwork, feedback, or other submissions you provide to Panini Translate—whether through the app, website, email, support channels, social media, or public forums—are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

By making such submissions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • They become the sole property of Panini AI Solutions Inc.

  • We may use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or redistribute them without compensation or credit to you

  • We have no obligation to review, acknowledge, or act upon any such submission

This does not apply to personal information covered by our Privacy Policy, which is handled separately and with appropriate confidentiality.

Promotions

From time to time, Panini Translate AI may offer contests, sweepstakes, surveys, giveaways, or other promotional events (“Promotions”). These Promotions may require you to submit personal or creative information as part of your participation.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product, service, or subscription plan is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to a typographical, technical, or system error, Panini Translate AI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a prompt refund to your original payment method for the full amount charged.

We are not responsible for pricing or content errors caused by system failures, bugs, or display glitches, but we will always act in good faith to correct any issues that impact your purchase experience.

Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

  • Any waiver of a right or provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Panini AI Solutions Inc.

  • Panini Translate AI may seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting bond if you violate or threaten to violate these Terms, particularly in ways that compromise our intellectual property or platform integrity.

  • Panini Translate AI is a U.S.-registered company operating globally. Accessing the Service from outside permitted jurisdictions is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

  • Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

The Panini Translate AI Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to offer high-quality translations and content output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of any content generated or provided through the Service, including translations, dubbing, AI voice outputs, or any third-party data integrations.

Panini AI Solutions Inc. disclaims any liability for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in the content, outputs, or metadata

  • Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Service

  • Any decisions or actions taken by users based on AI-generated or translated content

During such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and resume normal operations as quickly as possible. However, we will not be obligated to perform under impractical or unreasonable conditions.

Your access to the Panini Translate AI Service may be temporarily limited or disrupted due to Force Majeure, and we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liability arising from such interruptions.
